How Does Telehealth Work
When starting telehealth therapy, the below is what you need and what to expect:
Have an email address and a device with internet access and video capability, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Book a session by contacting me via email through my website or my profile on the Psychology Today website.
Find a private and comfortable space to attend your session from.
A secure telehealth link is sent to your email.
Click the telehealth link to connect to your therapy session.
