About Telehealth

Telehealth therapy provides significant advantages. From removing geographical barriers, to the convenience of being able to attend therapy from a comfortable and private location of your choosing, telehealth has made therapy more accessible than ever.

I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to provide face-to-face communication via video wherever you are.

How Does Telehealth Work

When starting telehealth therapy, the below is what you need and what to expect:

  • Have an email address and a device with internet access and video capability, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

  • Book a session by contacting me via email through my website or my profile on the Psychology Today website.

  • Find a private and comfortable space to attend your session from.

  • A secure telehealth link is sent to your email.

  • Click the telehealth link to connect to your therapy session.
